The mattress features a comfort layer made of KITA SOLID FOAM. Our KITA Solid Foam has undergone a durability test by TÜV Rheinland LGA, which showed that the mattress's height only reduced by 0.16 inches after 60,000 strokes and 150 kg of force applied, equivalent to 10 years of daily 8-hour usage.
Furthermore, KITA SOLID FOAM has been tested by SGS, a leading inspection and testing company, and has been found to emit zero toxic chemicals, including the six most dangerous VOCs that can cause headaches, nausea, dizziness, and allergic reactions.
To increase stability, the spring system is reinforced with Z spring edge stabilizers, and all four sides are foam-encased to provide edge support.
